Pastegram Original Banner Assets License 1.0

Scope
This license covers the original banner layouts, template catalog, copy,
illustrations, preview SVGs and new Banner Studio application code supplied
in pastegram-v264-banner-studio.zip. The designs were authored for Pastegram;
they are not a collection of copied marketplace templates or stock photos.

Permission
To the extent that rights in these original materials can be licensed,
Pastegram and its operator are granted a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free,
non-exclusive permission to use, copy, host, modify, publish, distribute,
sublicense and commercially use these materials. Pastegram may let its users
edit the templates and use exported designs for personal or commercial work.
Attribution to ChatGPT or another template vendor is not required.

Limitations
This does not assert exclusive ownership or the existence of copyright in
every generated element. No trademark clearance or legal uniqueness guarantee
is provided. Designs and code are provided as-is, without warranty.

Existing dependencies are NOT relicensed by this document. Fabric.js keeps
its MIT license in editor/vendor/fabric-LICENSE.txt. Existing local fonts,
including Outfit, keep their bundled licenses (editor/fonts/outfit-LICENSE.txt).
System fonts remain governed by the licenses supplied with their systems.
No new external image service, stock photograph, paid API, tracking service
or proprietary font is added by this release.

Users must have the necessary permission for images, logos, text and other
materials they upload or add. Those materials are not covered by this license.

V270 additions: 400 editable compositions, their SVG previews and original geometric backgrounds are included under this same Pastegram original-assets licence. Third-party fonts and uploaded images retain their separate terms.

V283 additions (2026-10-30): the replacement 600-template catalog, 60 layout families, new vector illustrations and generated café photograph are included under the permission above. The café photograph was generated with the built-in OpenAI image tool for this project; it is not a licensed stock-photo download and does not depict user-supplied personal information. This permission does not promise exclusive copyright, legal uniqueness or clearance of unrelated third-party rights. No external image-generation service is called by the deployed templates.
